Step. 11 Once you upload, you click on it and insert into the email.

Step 12. If Your image is bigger than 800×600 they will ask you to resize. Click on ‘let’s fix it’.

Step. 13 When fixing your image size, you only have to change the width to 800 then click apply.

Step. 14 Next, click on the content box just right below your image to start writing your email.

Step. 15 Copy all the text, then click clear styles to clear all formatting. Think of it like when you copy past from another source to your word document and the text all funny in bold and italics, clearing the formatting gives you control to bold what you want.

Step. 16 After deleting all the text start your email. Add ‘first name’ after writing Dear. This ensures that you recepeint who is called Jane will receive the email as Dear Jane and not Dear customer.

Step. 18 Copy paste your social media profile URL so that when your recipients click on the icons, they are directed to your social media profiles.
